RegFlow AI extracts the data from regulatory study reports, for example from toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate, residues or physical-chemical properties, into a structured IUCLID 6 file (.i6z). You no longer have to type the values into IUCLID yourself.

Nothing. During the beta, each company can extract one study free of charge. No strings attached: no subscription, no follow-up obligation.

The beta lets you see what RegFlow AI does with your own data. To keep it fair, each company can submit one study. We recognise the company by the domain of your business email address.

The beta is meant for companies, and the email domain tells us which company you work for. Private addresses such as Gmail or Outlook are therefore not accepted.

One study report as a PDF, up to 300 MB. In the optional instructions (up to 100 characters) you can tell us, for example, which endpoint or table you need.

You need the right to share it, for example because your company owns the study or the owner has agreed. By using RegFlow AI you confirm this. See section 3 of the Terms of Service.

You receive a confirmation by email right away. RegFlow AI then extracts the data, a second language model validates the result, and we email you the IUCLID 6 file.

An IUCLID 6 file (.i6z) with the extracted data, which you can import into IUCLID 6, together with validation hints that show you where to take a closer look.

We strive to send you the result within 24 hours, and often it is quicker. During the beta this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.

RegFlow is currently a tool set rather than a fully automated pipeline. For instance, a second language model validates each extraction semi-automatically. Our aim is to automate the whole process in the future.

We contact you, tell you what went wrong if we can, and permanently delete all your files.

RegFlow AI follows the human-in-the-loop approach: you are expected to review the data before you submit it anywhere. This is not a tailored service. You receive the result as RegFlow AI produces it, based on AI and not on a full manual correction. The validation gives you helpful hints on where to look or adjust, rather than a complete review.

We are still glad to hear about errors you find. It helps us improve RegFlow AI.

The result is a starting point that saves you typing, not a checked dossier. Please review the data before you use it in a dossier, a submission or a regulatory decision. That responsibility stays with you.

We use different large language models from reliable providers, with standard data processing terms in place. We do not use your study to train AI models.

Yes. We treat your study, your instructions and the result as confidential and do not share them with anyone, apart from the technical providers we need to run RegFlow AI (storage and language models). Studies and results are stored in our Google Workspace, with the data region set to Europe.

We permanently delete your study and the result 30 days after we have sent you the result, or earlier if you ask us to. If we cannot extract the data, we delete all files right away. To apply the one-study-per-company rule, we keep a short record: your name, email address, company domain, the date and the version of the Terms you accepted.
